We've got you covered like a BBQ sauce! Here at The Grill Shark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on our product - if it's ever damaged, just send us a photo of the damage and we'll send you a new one.

But, let's be real - we know things come up. If you have something come up and need to cancel your order, you've got a 24-hour window to do so. We like to get your orders in the mail as soon as possible and once they have been put in the mail - it is literally out of our hands (and hopefully in yours in a few short days!)
